Stopped at a friends bar to have lunch today. On one of the many tvs, he had Bloomberg news channel on. They had the scroll at the bottom of the tv, the sound was down. The scroll said that at 3:15 eastern Senators Durbin, Dodd, Schmuner were going to be holding a news conference "explaining" what Citicorp's policy was going to be in dealing with delinquent homeowners.

I guess those clowns are defacto Ceos of the banking industry now.

People - it's going to be a long recession.

God help us, because Washington DC is going to try and destroy us.

I do not feel sorry for the person that took out a loan that he or she could never ever pay for.$200,000,$300,000 loans just to keep up with the Jones.
Their Prestige has evaporated.

You are right it's going to be a long recession,or maybe worse.
