Who makes the best single shotgun? It seems that Kolar, Krieghoff, Perazzi, and Ljutic are among the top. Please consider reliability, customer service, parts availability, and availability of qualified gunsmiths. New price range not to exceed 15k. What are your opinions? Thanks, Jason

I love my Kolar. It is a joy to shoot, even when I miss.

Some years ago I went to the Grand and shot all the different guns that were available. That is when I decided that, some day I wanted to buy a Kolar. After waiting a number of years, I was finally able to afford to buy my dream gun. My point is, you can afford to buy what ever you want in that price range. Try them all, look at all the factors and buy the one that works the best for you. Good luck. Bill Malcolm

Don't overlook the Guerini Summit. The gun has every feature a modern
trap gun should have for less than a Perazzi with the same quality.
Outstanding warranty and factory service.

Kolar is the only choice here. Great customer service without exception. For waaaaay less than 15k you'll wind up with not only a great bullet proof singles gun but a doubles gun also. See Jeff at Kolar for a custom fitted stock to boot. What other choice is there for an AMERICAN MADE high end combo gun? Nuff' said.

Dave

Seitz-no combo available

Alferman-no combo available

Ljutic-no combo available

Perazzi-had a hammer spring break while stored in the case.

The best one is the one that breaks all the targets. If a Mossberg did that, that's what I'd be shooting. But, I shoot a Ljutic, and I think Lujtic makes the best trap gun, bar none.

The best is the Infinity, simplicity, bullet proof trigger, & the the best part of the purchase is a custom fit( Dennis will be with you) for as long as it takes till the buyer is satisfied--I'm a relatively new shooter, 66 years old with degenerative disk disease and arthritic hands--the Infinity is a comfort I can shoot 300 plus rounds in a day. No recoil device needed. I've shot 98's & 97's with it it. The gun is great I'm not. No annual needed. Nothing to break.

I was at the Grand one year in Ohio,it was shortly after I started shooting in the 70,s. At the Seitz shop I asked if the Seitz would give me 100str,they said no..I asked what was the difference between it and the gun I was shooting and they said about $17,000.........IS IT THE GUN? Bob,Pa
