How about an Ithaca Lewis model built in 1904. 26" cyl and mod, double trigger and ejectors, restocked with straight grip and beavertail f.e. in feather crotch walnut. Old enough for you?
If you interested have Lefevre Nitro Special, Lefevre Arms Branch Ithaca Gun Co. Inc. in SXS 16ga 28" barrel choked +2 &+4 double triggers. Can send pic's.
Thanks
Sgoose
H.M.: Living in harmony with an early American made double with single trigger can be quite an "adventure". A double trigger SXS is the smartest choice. One sole caveat would be to find an acceptable American double with a Miller single trigger that was installed years ago. They do exist, but seldom appear for sale. Good luck.
