Why is it that NO ONE stresses the fact that the subsidies paid for healthcare insurance is paid BY THE TAXPAYERS. Thus, the administration's rationalization of the CBO report means that WE will pay for the insurance of people who don't want to work full time. They want to "spend more time with their families" or "pursue their hobbies". The White House says that is good because it gives the people choices. However, it does not give the taxpayers any choice. WE will have to pay for their choices with increased taxes and with higher fees for reduced quality of healthcare for us and our families.

Coome on Republ;icans. Get to heart of these issues and scream like hell. Start by saying, "SUBSIDIES DO NOT GROW ON TREES", and "THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS GOVERNMENT MONEY"!

Not to rag on this thread, but when did this revelation hit you, that subsidies are paid by the taxpayer. Government has NO money whatsoever that it doesn't take from us. And taxes will increase in the future to pay for these subsidies unless we can get rid of obammycare altoghether. Just sayin'.

So people who cannot afford health care premiums because they have no budget for it are going to quit the workforce and pursue their hobbies? Where's the money for that coming from? They now have no income, but are still going to need to pay for housing, food, utilities, etc.

I have always know it. However, no one in Congress, either on the right and certainly not on the left has emphasized this point. Doesn't the brilliant Paul Ryan know this? Of course he does but he has moved on to immigration reform. Save us from our "friends".

The subsidy that is paid is based on your income. Lets say you are rich or just have a considerable amount of money but don't have an income. Those people are subsidized also. It is based on income not on ability to pay.

Some companies are reducing their workforce to 32 hour work weeks to avoid the health insurance requirements for full time employees they previously provided. No company benefits for part timers. Thanks OBamee! Oh, that's right, the government will cover the uninsured along with all the illegals!
