Google Earth places those coords in the southern half of Utah, in the mountains 210 miles NE of Las Vegas NV, 145 miles NNW of the Grand Canyon in AZ, 330 miles north of Phoenix and flying at about 6700 feet.
I don't think it's a photo shop job, couple of reasons why.
The letters behind the plane are actually the "watermark" that Google puts on the photos that they display. If you zoom out they become a little easier to read.
The second reason is that you can zoom in/out and scan, switch to map view, etc. If this was a fake photo you wouldn't be able to do that. Unless, of course, it was faked before it got put whereever it is that Google gets it.
Cruise missles don't have 2 engines, or wings as long as this thing has. There are 2 contrails comming from the rear of the plane, and cruise missles don't have 2 engines -- at least that I know of - sort of hard to fit 2 side-by engines into a sub launcher or inside a B-52.
