News indicates a federal judge in Buffalo has struck down the seven round limit in ten round magazines. What about larger capacity magazines? ed

Bizarre ruling.

The judge reasoned that a criminal will ignore the 7 round limit and will top off to ten rounds, giving an advantage over a citizen.

But, what about a criminal who uses a 15 round magazine? The judge did not go there.

And the judge left the black gun ban intact.

The sad news about this whole thing is that many gun owners in our state really have no idea how this is going to affect them. When I start telling them about the $10. fee for background check for a box of .22 shells they say "really, you're kidding!?" Been a year and they still have their heads in the sand! Most of them aren't even NRA members!
