Has anybody used them for Model 12 parts? I've tried calling them several times, but have yet to talk to anyone.

Know there Winchesters but lousy communicators. Call Stu Wright. Just as good for mod. 12's.

Nu-line would be my last choice.

I have used both wrights and Nu Line with good results as far as service and parts as long as I called Nu Line between 10am and 2pm I never had a problem,they do however have a message on their website that says "We apologize if you are having trouble getting through on the phones. We are experiencing a larger than normal call volume. Thanks for your patience"

Had the same problem getting in contact with them last year. I think it is a indication of a poorly ran business.

I just ordered a Model 12 receiver shank from them on line. Had it within a few days, no problems. Craig

Just talked with a very knowledgeable lady at Nu-Line and ordered what I needed.
