It's a Perazzi stock. The forearm is shaped a bit differently, but it's inletted for the Perazzi latch.

A latch perhaps. But I do not see the key slots for the forend bolts/nuts. Maybe a type 3 rig?

The top tang inletteing looks like no Perazzi I have ever seen. I sent the guy a note regarding the inletting where the face of the stock meets the top of the action.

Unless you have some really strange top tang geometry - do not touch this one.
