My little brother did perimeter guard duty in Beruit, Lebannon with no ammo. It sounded crazy then too. I am pretty sure he was telling me the truth. He came back from that experience all busted up and never recovered. He is fighting for his life right now as all the patched up bones and stuff are dying inside his body.

When you have politicians running stuff, anything crazy is possible.
