North Jersey Clay Target Club will be hosting the New Jersey Northern Zone Shoot this Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Friday 100 16s. 100 hdcp. and 100 dbls. Saturday, 200 16s. Sunday, 100 hdcp. and 100 dbls. The kitchen will be open all 3 days with one of their famous free pig roasts on Saturday. This is a telephonic shoot combined with Pine Valley Gun Club. Shooters wishing to shoot at Pine Valley are eligible for Saturday and Sundays Open Trophies only. Sorry but there's no free pig at Pine Valley. Shoot starts at 9:00.

Larry has been cashiering the shoot for several years now. He also does our State Shoot, New Jersey Grand, and just finished the North Eastern Grand so if you don't like him, you better stay home from those shoots as well. He and his crew have always done a great job at any shoot that I attended.

I have to agree about Larry and JoAnne. Two super people who sacrafice their time so others can shoot. Maybe you should do it this year Dusted. Not being a wise ass, but it's a thankless job. As are all jobs when you're working a shoot. People don't realize the amount of work thats goes into hosting a shoot and people are quick to complian, but not help. All clubs are open to ideas on how to run them a little smoother. A "Hey you guys did a good job" every once in a while wouldn't hurt either. Just an opinion. Good luck Chuck Hrosik

It' so easy to be a critic when you don't state your problem or sign your post.

Send Dusted 1 to Thunder Mountain. The time and effort that goes into that shoot to make sure eveyone has a good time and everything runs smooth pays off. Great people. Food AAA. Gotta keep that MX-8 Ed, see too much smoke out there to sell it. Where are the results posted?

Thanks to the folks at North Jersey for a wonderful weekend of shooting. The grounds looked great, the weather was great, the traps threw great targets, the food was great, and the cashiering was flawless. So how come I didn't win anything? Because there was also a bunch of really good shooters there. Check the high gun list to see how your friends did. Next big shoot is National Trapshooting Day at the club in a couple of weeks, Maybe I'll get a pin or something.

Everyone at the club works hard to put on a well run shoot. Always a pleasure to shoot there. Weather good, new shooters shooting well. Put it in the books!

Only the scores from North Jersey are posted. Actual high open handicap score was shot at Pine Valley but was only eligible for open trophy.
