As of yesterday the New York Rifle And Pistol Association started the appeals process against the New York Safe Act, please throw those guys a bone or at least join they really fight for us in Albany thanks beni

I personally think they made a mistake taking it to Federal court before the Tresmond case went to NY court. Now that case that was to be heard 01/16/14 is postponed until after the date your "Assault weapons" have to be registered. They approched the whole thing incorrectly.

The parts that take effect 1/15/14 in all ammo sales people have to beregistered and all NYers must sell out of state, destroy or permanently make mags capable of holding 10 rounds.
