Just got this back from Precision. Not sure what occured with the last shot. Pretty high velocity not much change in pressure. The rest are very consistent though. I also posted in the recipe section. I weighed shot and powder for each load and then weighed the overall shells so that last one is definitely confusing. This load feels very soft when shooting and smokes em.

Precision just called me and they have found an issue with their chrono. They offered to retest at no charge, but I'm just going to scratch that one as an anomaly as the others are so consistent. I also did a Super Handicap Load that had two velocities in the 1400's while the others were with 10-20 fps of each other. Very nice of them to offer to retest and they got back to me in lightning speed.

Throwing that one out that puts Extreme Spread of Velocity at 15 and Standard Deviation of 5.94 fps. Extreme Spread of pressure of 340 with a Standard Deviation of 160

Hey Shawn, did the person filling out the worksheet make a mistake on the wad, worksheet states CB-8100-12A,(no such wad) or should it be CB-8100-12 or CB-3118-12A since this is a 1-1/8 oz. load.
It's a CB-8100-12 which is the TGT-12 clone. You use that as Titegroup is a dense powder and it gives you proper stack height. Mine are actually marked with the A

Good info, I recently loaded some Nitro hulls with 17.3 grains of Titegroup, DRRT-12 wads, and 1.125 ounces of 7.5 shot. Half had Fed 209A primers and the other half Cheddites. The load was based on loads in the lab tested loads thread with 17.6 grains of Titegroup.

Figured I’d start conservative, worried that heavy powder drops might result in excessive pressures. Your test load helps alleviate my fears. I shot the recently loaded shells today and the Cheddite loads burned slightly dirty, so I felt like those actually needed a bit more pressure (I knew those loads wouldn’t be as hot as the ones with Fed 209As). I’m going to bump my powder up to at least 17.6 on the next batch and see what I think. I wish I could find more Fed 209A primers because I’m running low and I have a gun that likes to pierce Cheddites.
Titegroup throws extremely consistent on my 366. I measure randomly and it's always the same. I have a lot of Federal primers, that's why I was experimenting with them. I've shot close to a 1000 rounds with this load now and it burns clean and smokes em.
