To our friends at TS.com,

We recently volunteered to create a new Lewis Class Calculator and Score Sheet for a local club. The old one was hard-coded and had limited capabilities. Our goal was to create an Excel workbook that was customizable with support for up to 250 shooters, 15 classes, and 4 percentage places per class. We even added an advanced score sheet that can lookup shooters to make entry easier.

Upon completion, we realized that the workbook might be helpful to other clubs, so we are licensing it as Open Source software. Anyone may use it for free, or use it to develop new applications.

We hope you find our Lewis Class Calculator helpful at your club. If you need something more sophisticated, we highly recommend 3S Shooting Sports Software for a complete cashiering solution.

Last year I posted on here that I wished the ATA would develop software for small clubs to help those of us who volunteer to hold shoots for our Clubs. Well wishing ''aint gonna do it'. With the help of my friend Mike, the Excell spreadsheet posted above is a good beginning. It can be easily added to or modified to meet specific club needs. I hope many of you shoot coordinators at small Clubs out there find it useful, especially for the LEWIS Class calculations. Mike has agreed to keep adding more capability in the future. Let Mike know what will be helpful to you and we will try to help you out, "for the good of the game"!

The only classification system that should ever be used. Sandbaggers and cherry pickers need not apply.

I get service unavailable when clinking on the link. Not sure what to think. OP first post, several posters report anti-virus doesn't like the download, and now the website doesn't respond. I think I'll just stay away from it for now.

Just a few questions about the workbook
1. How do you or can you add scores due to different events?
2. How can I add a new worksheet for calculation shoot finances?
The workbook is password protected so this can not be done. Assistance please.
