Read pages 6 - 9 in your manual. You said that you replaced switch #4 and the turret relay. Why? Switch #4 is the Turret deactivator switch but all the switches and relays are interdependent. If you don't have the manual go to the link and download it ( it is in sections so you might have to download and save several sections to your computer ) and read through it a little.
Larry, Some of the older SW Pat's had a flow control at the bottom of the cylinder. If this controler get's messed with or closed too far the cylinder won't function properly. Another posibility is maybe a piece of something is lodged in the control. Another possibility is that the cylinder seals are failing. Try disconecting the cylinder from the elevator & see if the elevetor travels up & down manually freely.
Thank for all the help. Took pump apart and found part of the gasket from the tank in port. now goning to ckeck control valves. Trap works find one day then acts up work on it a few hours and it starts to work. Work fine untill everones ready to shoot.Thank again for all help. Larry
