Can be caused by any number of things:

1. Worn or broken Ejector Trip Rod (inside the receiver).
2. Broken Mainspring Sleeve (inside the receiver)
3. Worn or broken Ejector Sear (inside the forearm iron).
4. Worn or broken Ejector Hammer (inside the forearm).
5. Broken Ejector Hammer Spring (inside the forearm).
6. Worn or broken Ejector or Ejector Extension (on the side of the monoblock).

Is the Ejector Hammer cocking correctly, but isn't being tripped upon opening the gun after firing?
Or, is the Ejector Hammer not being cocked?

Picking it up after I haven't used it for a while, it was ejecting, then it just extracted the empties a few mm.
