Need a Dillon Locator Button
I lost one of the brass locator buttons on my Dillon RL450 metalic cartridge press. Is there something i can substitute. The dillon phone line is always busy. I sent an email and got a form reply that they are two weeks behind in answering email. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks jack melitsky

Give Dillon a call and ask for one. They sent me one gratis for my 650 a while back. Schmooze the person you talk to.

What number button do you need ?
In a pinch, I found a nail that was close enough. I just sawed off most of the shank. I chucked the short part into a drill and spun it against the file to get the head diameter right. All the button really does is to keep the case slid into the groove, there is no real force against it. Good Luck.
