Never been one to wear a hat but my wife is on my case constantly due to me getting sunburned so she bought me this one yesterday. Good fit, it's Red Neck approved, nice hat - made where? As popular as these guys are you'd think they'd try to find a US manufacturer.

They would probably buy them made in the USA if they could find them

K products in Orange City Iowa were the people that started the gimme cap bidness back in the 60's, and what really set it off was a huge order of DeKalb seed corn caps, had an acquaintance that was one of the owners and he told me this, but you might want to Snope's the story

Western N. Y.,not to be confused with socialist commie down state. Take a look at the last election results, not one wny county was carried by the liver lipped, harpo marx look alike, Nazi, Cuomo.

The Duck guys aren't selling hats. Some promoter is subletting the selling of hats. By the time a "brand" get down to hats, the rights to the name have been sold and subletted. It is not like the Duck guys are doing the buying, selling, contracting, etc.

And don't you think a requirement in the contracts could stipulate that only American made products are to be sold?

SAD state of affairs! Went to buy truck tires a couple years ago most were made in crapan, bought Coopers made in USA. Then this summer camper needed tires, same thing, bought B.F. Goodrich made in Canada, but at least not crapaneese. I do my best to buy everything I can (cars-trucks-food-etc.) made right here in USA. I am now using Alliant powders for that reason. Have never owned a foreign gun or car and hope I never have to. WAKE UP America. Ross Puls

Were all guilty ..we buy it. If it was made here it would be expensive and people would still complain. Those duck dynasty buys are laughing every minute when they see their bank accounts.. They just got plum lucky..

Duck Dynasty has about run out of interest wise and will be gone. That stuff is only humorous for so long just like Orange County Choppers, but I see another network picked them up.
