Are there any places where I can shoot Skeet near the Monterey,CA area?
Thank you.

I was at the Naval Post Graduate School in 2002 and shot one weekend at Coyote Valley. Very nice Skeet and Sporting Ranges. That is, once you get past freaking over the "Beware of Rattlesnakes" signs!!

The drive from Monterey to Coyote can be pretty nice depending on your route -- and it can also take you past the San Juan Bautista mission. Two excellent Mexican restaurants in San Juan too ;) Plus at Coyote you'll likely find it easy have somebody else to shoot with. They have two coin-op skeet fields, both have delay options for self-shooting, but they are outdoors in a hilly area and there is generally some wind.

When I was at PG School in the '80's, there was a Carmel Gun Club range about a mile in from hiway 1 on Carmel Valley Road.
Membership in the club was very reasonable. Fond Memories.
That range has been developed and is now all houses, judging from Google maps.
Back then, I found out about the club and range by talking to the independent sporting goods shop owners in Seaside, Pacific Grove and Monterey.
There used to be a gunsmith in Monterey, but he hung up his apron a couple of years ago.
I recall he belonged to a club much further out in Carmel Valley which was very exclusive by all accounts.
See if del Valle Gunsmithing, 224A Reindollar Ave, Marina, CA 93933, Phone: 831-384-1911
can point you to a local club.
I wish you good hunting.
