    July 4th and 5th
Great Falls is putting on a fireworks shoot on Sat. and Sun.
Fireworks are in the 12 ga shells. They should all go boom.
    Hope to see you there.

July 11th is a shoot in Libby.
This will be their very first and they only have two traps so they are hoping not to have too many.
I think they will be over run. :)
Hope this turns out well for them
    Great bunch up there.

Western Zone is in Anaconda again this year and I have heard it's a go.
    17th - 19th
Should be some great targets thrown.

Kalispell is having their Wounded Warrior shoot on July 25th and 26th
And Sheridan will be having their shoot on the 25th as well
Hope you can make at least one of these shoots.

Most of the shoots this year have gone well and been well attended.
    Presquading is recomended.

Oops left out Billings on the 19th
    Big Sky Games
    Full slate for the month.
    Shoot well and have fun.

    Just a heads up
Logan canceled their shoot for August 1st
Plains is still on for the moment August 1&2
I believe Butte is still on for the 8th and 9th
as is Great Falls on the 15th and 16th
I never know what's happening in Anaconda so maybe someone in the know can chime in.
Huntley is still a go at this time on the 22nd and 23rd (corn shoot)
    and as I said
the State Shoot in Helena is the 26th-30th
Going to be a warm month, bring shade. :)

I just wanted to thank everyone that made the trip to Flathead Valley Clay Target Club for our MT. WOunded Warrior shoot. We had 17 squads and really appreciate the turn out and support. I will try and get some pics posted. Thanks George

George, I'm glad you had a good turn out for your shoot. I think this was the first time I missed the Wounded Warrior Shoot and that was because of the border crossing problem. No Canadians will be at the Grand either thanks to the corona virus.

With regards to the state shoot. With a mandate on wearing masks and distancing, will only pre squaded shooters and their immediate family be allowed on the gun club grounds. No spectators or vendors. Or is it business as usual.

    Jerry,
With regards to the State Shoot in Helena this month.
The shoot will be limited to 250 people on the grounds. Masks will be required for anyone going in the trapclub.
That's 40 squads and the scorekeepers and helpers.
No spectators, no vendors unless they shoot.
Family can attend if they stay in their campers or shop the city.
This is what I have been told by the Helena Trap Club
    Hope to see you there.

We are hoping to come from out of state for the state shoot.
We've never been to helena and the club had no more rv parking and a couple of the rv parks I've called dont do nightly rates right now.
Can any locals recommend a place for us to stay?
