I would say you could grind to fit about any Kick EZE pads to fit on a PFS. I wasn't aware they were all the same. I have seen them with flat pads, concave pads, thick pads and thin pads.---MAtt

Any of the kickeez medium pads will work. The holes in the pad don't quite line up with the holes in the plate however, and you'll end up with the pad about 1/16" too high in relation to the plate unless you enlarge the holes in the pad slightly.

Just from looking at the shape of the pad I'd call it a 302-6-M, 1-7/8" x 5-1/4" x 3/4", their medium all-purpose pad, 3/4" thick.
