It was the forerunner of the Model 1200. Lightweight gun that was not very popular. Tough to follow the pre 64 M 12's. I would think in good times closer to 600 than 400 in excellent condition.

The 1200 lw is a $200-$300 gun and the Mod.12 LW is rarely $400 but $600 to $800 is the norm around here.The Mod.25 is like the 12 LW and doesn't bring the same amount.

the model 12 featherweight was not that popular a gun as it didn't break down as nicely as the original model 12 and as far as i know wasn't available with a vent rib. just my .02
