Hi all,

I got my hands on a 1919 era Model 12; a little loose and it does look like its in need of work (I'll be sending it to JS Air Cushion or Wrights sometime soon) - did shoot a couple of rounds of trap with it today - no issues.

Disassembled it and put it into a softcase. I came home and noticed that the bolt was able to be pushed back all the way - now I can't get the thing back together...and that's after moving the bolt back forward. Once I put the barrel assembly on, it just pushes the bolt back-

Never had that happen on my other ones, so a bit stumped...

Pull the trigger assembley out,hold the bolt forward with your finger and assemble. Thats what I had to do with one of mine.Good luck..Ray

tried what you guys said, and after a few tries - got it back together

on an interesting note...the cartridge cutoff was missing!

previous owner has replaced the release trigger with a pull trigger - wonder if it fell out during the change...he'll be giving me the release trigger and some springs when he finds them - hoping there's a cutoff there too lol.

anyways, this thing is definitely going to Wrights for some much needed work
