I cannot guarantee that the RS bbl willnot need fitting by a gunsmith. The O/U did not. I recently switched from standard MX2000 unsingle bbl to anothr RS bbl I had around and it fit identically to the original config.

Jack, what is the serial number range? Might help some folks. This is a great deal for a very nice barrel. Get the whole metal set and you could be running for a GREAT price!

I do not know. I have the bbl out for local trial now. Adn I'm pretty sure I got this bbl as a separate trade item without a reciever. My thread comment is wroong. It gets confusing because I have numerous MX items in inventory.

The RS bbl has sold. Stay tuned tho... I have 2 (TWO) K80 top singles for sale. One with a very attractive professional added rib, aqnd theother a later model topsingle. Geez, I hate to sell them. The added rib bbl is sooooo similar to a T/S top single. The standard ribwill fit so many guns. Too, I have 2 higher rib stocks for the added onrib bbl.

I hate to sell the stuff I buyfor myself... but settled in now on a MX2000.
