I’m am loading with a Mec 600. Using Winchester WST powder. When I load I am ending up with flakes of powder on top of the charge bar. what am I missing? It didn‘t do that when I was using green dot.

Your missing the little brass washer

The brass washer sits between the bottles neoprene/rubber grommet and the bar, with the brass washer positioned with bumps "up", whereby to grip the grommet and stay in place thereby.

I found the same issue with WST. Used WST when couldn't find Greendot. Then I changed to e3 (really liked & only 16gr needed) then to 700X.
Found WST to be dirty.

Um, no. The dimples are not there to grip the grommet. It's dimples up so it doesn't slide between the frame and the charge bar.

And gripping the rubber bushing is what stops the brass washer from moving. Nipples down and nothing grabs the rubber bushing and the brass washer will slide.
