Do you notice a difference shooting a (Y) mdl vs Pre 64?I have a mint 2 pin and hate to shoot it so I bought a mint (Y) to have for having some fun with mdl 12---Just wondering---Input appreciated---George---SJB---

To me there is a little different sound from the "Y" model. A "pinging" that my almost deaf ears pick up on. As far as performance is concerned-----NONE.

I have both and I can't tell any difference from one or the other. Actually a gunsmith told me he thinks the Y model is actually a stronger gun. My 2 cents. Tom
