I shot at this club for a 200 Singles event and posted the high lone winning score of the event. I got a trophy and couldn't wait until Trap & Field came out. I beat Reggie Jackamowski after he had just won the "Grand American Handicap" with the first 100 straight from the 27. I was shocked to see the article that said "Reggie Jackamowski" wins again, and proclaimed he won the 200 Singles Event. When I called the club and questioned the article the guy said it was just an honest mistake, BS. When I called Trap& Field they said they publish what is reported word for word and only edit spelling and grammar if it needs it. If someone at your club would like to dispute this claim contact me and I'll send you a picture of the trophy and what I wrote on the bottom of the wood base. The only reason I drove over to shoot there from Racine, was to try to beat Reggie, your club hero. I don't hold it against Reggie at all because we were all there to win. I did win and wasn't recognized for what I accomplished. I'm still pissed after all these years. I have never went back to your club and never will.

You got the trophy, you won. This was in 1978 right, 35 YEARS AGO! That's a long time to hold a grudge against what appears to be an honest mistake. Again, you got the trophy, you won, who cares what T&F says.

When I lived in Illinois I shot at McHenry Sportsmans club on many occasions, I never knew that Reggie was the club hero ... I guess I need to pay better attention, the club was a great place to shoot and everyone was always friendly ... Come to think of it (its beens long time) I didn't even see Reggie but I could of missed that ... I did watch him run that 100 from the 27 in Vandalia though, I was just one of many watching him that day ... I can't say he is my Hero but I sure like that Model 12 he was shooting and that has to count for something ... 35 years is a long time to hold a Grudge, think of all of the fun that Grudge has cost you ... If it last for over 4 hours go see the Doctor ... WPT ... (YAC) ...
