I might be wrong but when it says max speed on 1 1/8 is 1290 + - 3%. Is'nt 3% of 1290 39 fps/ making 1300 sc load legal? If i'm wrong please correct me so I'll know I can't shoot them.

Ok I understand now, I've never used any 1300 fps shells except in practice but thanks for making it clear!!
