Is there such a thing as a "Magnum" recoil spring for a 20 gauge Franchi 48AL?

Based on the fact that the 48AL is recoil operated the same as an Auto 5, it's likely that they made different springs for the standard and magnum versions.

How do you know that your 48AL is magnum?---I know most there is about the AL and don't remember any being listed as magnum---Your reg spring should recoil a mag load---Just make sure the receiver can handle the mag load----George
