Did it seem like there was a lot less vendors down by the tent area. This was only my 3rd time there and seemed like about half the normal to me. I was there on the 12th. I have always gone on the 2nd thursday.

Yeah, today, after the storms that blew down most everything, there were quite a few less vendors than before the storms decimated them.
