FSRSA is about ten minutes drive from the Willow Grove exit of the PA turnpike - shoots are Weds/Sat/Sun.

Holmesburg Fish & Game is in the northeast corner of the city itself (http://www.holmesburgfishandgame.com/) - I am not sure of the shoot days.

closer would be the two clubs near Media, PA

Delaware County Sportsmen http://www.delawarecountysportsmen.com/

Delaware County Delaware County Field & Stream http://www.dcfs.org/

Also Valley Forge; public range in Delaware - Ommelanden (unfortunately State run and not what it used to be).

There's another large club in NJ across the Delaware Memorial bridge - Quinton Sportsmen's Club, Inc. (have not been there, but heard good reviews). Good clubs in NJ also at Pine Belt http://www.pinebeltsc.com/ and Pine Valley http://www.pinevalleygc.com/

Thanks. When my son was at Wharton, that's where he shot, and I went there a few times. Do they still shoot flyers there?

I figured some developer would have bought an Eminent Domain deal from the pols for that vaulable, private and exclusive real estate.

But, I suppose, if things have not changed, PGC had plenty of main-line friends, too.

Langhorne Rod & Gun in Holland, PA, Bucks County. About 45 minutes north of Philly. Trap every Thursday evening, 6 - 9pm. I think it's $4 or $5 per round for non-members. Sporting clays once a month from 9:30 - 3pm, $14/50 targets non-member.

Lehigh Valley Sporting Clays (www.lvsclays.com). Nice 17 station course around an abandoned wooded rock quarry. $38/100 birds. You can rent a golf cart too if you hate walking.

The Philly area is very large -- if you could give us a better idea of where you are starting from, we can give you a more difinitive list.

There are a ton of clubs around Phiily, some just trap, some multi-discipline. If you want to go to one place and shoot multiple things (i.e. trap, skeet, maybe 5 stand) let us know that also as that cuts the list down.

Lots of option -- I have 3 clubs (2 trap only, 1 with multiple shotgun sports, pistol, rifle, archery, etc) within 20 minutes of my home.
