I have a few of Giuliani's Locking Block Jigs on hand now. For the first time in a long time I do not have a wait list for one.

With this jig and some mechanical skill, you can replace the Locking Block in your gun and save yourself some real money.

Check out the video on YouTube

You can purchase the Locking Block Jig at the link below.
Don Rackley's Gun Parts - Online Store

The jig kit comes with the Jig and a Locking Block. I recommend you also replace the Top Lever Spring (part number 121) when you make this change. Make sure you order the correct #121 as there is the old style 0.155" diameter, 0.213" diameter and the most popular 0.170" diameter spring.

These jigs are great! We'll worth the purchase. Using Don's instructions and videos make fitting a new locking block a breeze. Don is a great guy and is willing to help with any questions. I found fitting blocks with the Giuliani jig fun to do! If you have a little mechanical ability, don't hesitate to get one!
