All I can find is 1 can 300MP. 26.00
4 pd keg 410. 108.00.
I have only used Winchester 296. None to be fount. I have 1 can 296 and 1 can 300MP. I was reading guys said the 410 brand was hard on hulls. But only loading hunting rounds. Hulls won't be shot alot. I only load for squirrels crows quail and few rabbits. Would I better off going with 296 and 300MP? But has hard has powder is getting to find. And some prices are crazy. I just sold a guy 10,000 small rifle primers for 30.00 per 1000. Would it work (410 brand) powder work for what I need without killing my hulls much? Price for 4 pds isn't bad locally. Can I used 410 brand for loads in 2.5 and 3 inch loads? I forgot to look in my Lyman shotgun book.

I use 410 powder for 3 inchers 11/16oz. Works well stacking nicely. Super X hulls don’t show much burning. After4 or 5 reloads started to see splitting of the hull from brass up. Some hull splits are 1/2 inch others 1-1/2 inch. Also loaded some Remington vintage 3 inchers. About the same number of reloads.

I load H110 in 2-1/2 AA and Remington hulls. Favorite reload is nitro 1/2oz. But the stack in 3 inchers is better with Alliant 410 powder.

Buy it if you find it. The price for 4 lb is high but not outrageous 180 is the going rate for 8lb keg at my local club.

Alliant 410 is not hard on hulls, 296 (H110) is but MP300 is also relatively easy on hulls.

I didn't buy it because couldn't find but one load on line. For 3 inch Remington sts 3 inch hulls. All I have are Remington long range 3 inch Winchester super x and HS hulls. Could u give me some data? I will go back and buy it. Turning around to get it. Thanks

Ballistic Products has a wealth of loads for the 3" 410. Lil Gun is used a lot, and can generate 1250 fps with 11/16 oz. It can push 5/8 oz to over 1350 fps. Their Smallbore manual is worth the money. They also have the correct wads for the 11/16 oz payload.

I just got home. Looked in my Lyman shotgun reloading handbook. There is several loads in it for 410 powder. I do have the small bore manual. I also have 4 bags MG 410 wads from Ballistic Products. But didn't see any loads for 410 powder. Didn't look very hard. I bought that manual because all the Winchester 296 loads.
