I have a few people at the range that are saying that it not safe to load one trap house when you are shooting on the next trap field. Does anyone know if there is something in writing about loading trap house so I can show them its allowed and safe.

Depends on who is shooting on the next trap house.

Everyone at our club is good to go.

Happens at every club I've been too. Of course most the clubs I go to have walk in houses where the loader can't be seen. One club has the slide back roofs and they load while shooting is going on adjacent to it.

It's never been a problem at our Club. We "usually" wait for a post change and scurry on out and get inside. We did away with any glass block windows which were used for colored bulbs when we hand loaded ancient manual pull lever traps and blocked them in or covered with metal plates.

Happens all the time at big ATA shoots with long lines of trap houses.

we do the old wave a red flag and run out.
when done, we look out and wait for the squad rotation and run in. anyone ever forget to turn the machine on and have to go back out??? lol.
