1.TURN THE DIAL TO THE LEFT STOPPING ON -- THE FOURTH TIME THIS NUMBER ALIGNS WITH THE OPENING INDEX.

2.TURN THE DIAL TO THE RIGHT STOPPING ON -- THE THIRD TIME.

3.TURN THE DIAL TO THE LEFT STOPPING ON -- THE SECOND TIME.

4.TURN THE DIAL TO THE RIGHT STOPPING AT -- YOU WILL FEEL SOME RESISTANCE AT ABOUT 2 NUMBERS BEFORE THE LAST NUMBER, BUT KEEP TURNING UNTIL THE DIAL COMPLETELY STOPS.

FILL IN THE BLANKS WITH THE COMBONATION NUMBERS.

TURN THE SAFE HANDLE CLOCKWISE TO RETRACT THE LOCKING PINS.

WHEN LOCKING THE SAFE, TURN THE DIAL TO THE LEFT AT LEAST 4 REVOLUTIONS.

GOOD LUCK IN YOUR SAFE CRACKING ADVENTURE. JIM

Hello Bill,
Ten years ago I bought a Treadlock safe, About three years ago I realized I
forgot the combo,I recalled some of the #s but i could not open for about two
months I tried.
A locksmith was called out of the yellow pages and he had it opened it in about a hour or so,his fee was about $150 $165? and he reset the combo too two #s of my choice hopefully i will not for get them, oops I thinks its ????

My Liberty is a three number combo.

Turn dial to the left for 8-10 turns stopping on the first number.

Turn dial to the right stopping on the second number, the second time you come to it.

Turn dial to the left stopping on the third number.

Turn dial back to the right until you feel resistance and then continue turning for 4-5 numbers until the dial stops.

The turn the handle to the right to open the safe.

Don't forget four times to the right (Clockwise) to zero (0) to clear sequence before starting your combination.

Reading this makes me S-O-O-O happy I ordered my Liberty with an electronic lock! I just push seven buttons and presto - it goes "CLICK!"
