here's some shots of my mint 1970's first generation 12ga 1100 with both a 28" fixed choke Mod and a 26" skeet barrel. Some of the nicest wood I've ever seen on an 1100. Love this gun, now let's see some of yours...
a couple years ago someone posted some pictures of one that had the stock painted to look like the metal skin on a WWII vintage warplane. It was really neat looking.
Last winter's project. A 1969 16ga, 28" fixed modified. I built it specifically for Hal Hare's 400 bird, 16ga all-around competition, but he downsized it this year and I won't make it. A Wenig New American set and I extended the grip with an ebony cap. I had to send them the original forearm as they didn't have a pattern....apparently in 30-40 years nobody's ever asked for a 16ga set before?
