I want to load a AA Winchester Hull 1oz 2.75 @ 1145 with Alliant E3 power calling for 15.5 -16 the lee power bushing chart does not show a listing foe Alliant E3 power,does anyone know what bushing to use ?

Provided you have a scale to weigh your charge, you are probably just going to have to try one and go up or down from there. The Lee should have come with a lot of different bushings.

E3 is similar density to Clays.
Refer to bushing chart for Clays and weigh the E3 bushing drops on your scale.
A .155 bushing should get you close based on the bushing chart.

As has been written already, whichever bushing gives you the drop weight you want is the right bushing for that powder. If you can't find a bushing that gives you a consistent drop in that half-grain window you have to work within, use the one that drops slightly heavy and attach a couple strips of aluminum foil HVAC tape to the inside of it until you dial it in.
