LACC will be host to another "Bob Gowen" program of competitive trapshooting disciplines on August 7. Sponsored by B&G Discount Super Stores. Disciplines will start at 10:30. First event entry will close at 12:00 pm. The first event will be a 50 bird team draw with yardage being drawn upon bid options closing. The LACC "Selfie" (2 shots at 1 target) is the next event and entries will close upon completion of first event. Yardage will be drawn upon option bids closing as well. LACC is the only gun club shooting the "Selfie" event. Why? Because LACC throws the perfect target.
B.B. Enterprises has donated extra monies towards the program also. LACC would like to thank the programs sponsors for the very competitive trapshooting events happening August 7.
LACC is located at 1212 West Osterhout Ave...Portage, Michigan 49024

LACC will be host to Schoolcraft's scholastic fundraising meat (beef) shoot to be held Saturday August 6. Fundraising disciplines will start at 10:00 am until 1:00 pm or the cooler of meat (beef) is all gone. Schoolcraft's scholastic trapshooting team would like to say "Thank you" to A&B Farms/Ben Brush family for being a staunch supporter of Schoolcraft's scholastic trapshooting program. LACC is home to 3 top notch scholastic trapshooting team programs with two teams (WMU&Schoolcraft) winning their conferences. And a scholastic state champion (Schoolcraft) was recently crowned in the female division. All three scholastic teams have informed LACC management that teams for next year will be expanding. Great news for the scholastic trapshooting programs.
Okay people...let's have some FUN and crush the ever elusive CLAY Targets!!!
