If the shotgun is less than 10 years old? It is still covered by the factory warranty. Any Krieghoff dealer should fix this problem for nothing. You should be talking to them and not to us!!! Krieghoff is the only place who will have the ball, if you need it. It may also be a good idea to have a K-gun factory trained gunsmith look at your ejector as well. As it might be worn or bent? Not sure about the KX6, but the K-80s have a detent ball and spring. So my guess is, yes you lost the ball. They are not very big and are easy to lose if they roll off of the table. Don't ask me how I know.

sounds like a weak plunger spring, but as stated above, 10 year warranty and Krieghoff will fix it
