Is the top lever on the KX-5 supposed to move towards the center as the trigger is pulled? Just something I noticed on mine.

I tried looking for that lever movement, but I kept missing the target, so I stopped. Now, I miss for other reasons.

Called Krieghoff and spoke with Elmer. I am closing the gun too gently. He said I was correct in holding the lever to the right, but I should nudge the lever to the left a little harder after closing. That should eliminate movement.

This is exactly why you should just let the lever snap closed.
