Piece of cake.
Remove the barrel plug (false upper barrel plug) using a 3/16 inch Allen wrench.
Insert a 1/8 inch Allen wrench (must be at least 4 inches long) and loosen retaining bolt.
At muzzle end, remove both rib adjustment retaining machine screws.
Turn rib adjustment thumb wheel (clockwise when viewed from above) until
thumb wheel disengages from stud.
Lift rib up out of retaining collar (muzzle end) and move entire rib forward. It will
lift out of the slot cut into the false barrel. Be careful not to loose the round trunion
nut on the receiver end of the rib.
It only takes 5 minutes to change ribs.
