The Satterfields' are a family of trapshooters who gave much of themselves to the sport. He's now with those that have gone before him, but will be missed by those of us he left behind.

RIP John

So sorry to hear of John's passing. He was managing the old Seattle Skeet and Trap Club in Redmond, WA back in the 70's when I knew him. Great guy. At that time John had a most beautiful Willys coupe dragster with what I now guess was a blown Hemi sticking thru the hood. Barely street legal. I used to get his blood pressure up a bit by asking "who owns the 40 Ford coupe I just backed into?". Last saw him at the Shot Show a few years ago. God Bless.
