Old man winter showed up at Lima at the halfway point of the season and eliminated any chance of breaking a 50. However, 49s were posted by Ray Sherbinski, Guy Heberle, Dave Stratton, Tim Herbstsommer, Dan Kudla & Red Wiedrick. Dave, Tim, Dan & Red are also tied for the Stein trophy and will decide the winner in a carry over shootoff next month at Ontario. Marna Evans won the Hayes trophy with a 45. High team scores were; Walworth & Rochester Brooks 239x 250, Newark 237 x 250. Ron Burdick won the 50/50 and Dave Stratton won the Beikirch gift certificate. Our " Toys for Tots ' collection was a huge success. The Marine's pickup truck was full ( including the front & rear seats. We also had cash donations of over $350. Thank you everyone!! Thanks also to the Newark 4-H Club who sent a large collection of toys. Don't forget that any time the roads are officially closed in either Livingston, Monroe, Ontario or Wayne counties, the shoot is automatically cancelled for 2 weeks. If you have any questions, call your club Directors or an Officer. Hopefully, the January thaw will arrive early, (maybe the 3rd & 4th of January). Merry Christmas & Happy New Year to everyone. Dear Larry,
Thank you for posting the results! Your club also set very nice targets and ran the squads right thru. Great Job!
