would like a phone number of Whiz White, as I have a technical question on a Platnum 2000 reloader. Every once in a while the wad does not go directly into the shell. I took it apart which is a real chore to check the wad guide fingers and in doing so I found that there is a small socket set screw 8-32x1/8, missing. Just wondering how important this screw is. It must hold the fingers in place or something. Does not malfunction every time just once in a while. I would call Whiz White as Im sure he can answer my questions. thanks much alex Kotter

Some of the lower wad cups (lower aluminum part) have a sleeve (insert) inside. The set screw holds the sleeve in place. The sleeve supports the wad fingers. Without the set screw the sleeve can fall out the bottom.

The parts list shows a sleeve in the 16,20 and 28 gauge wad guides.

If you are missing one of the bottom screws as shown in the sketch below, you'll need to get one.
