Has anyone handled the new Browning BPS trap? I have been unable to locate one and am curious as to how it shoots/handles. jess

Jess the new 2007 model won't be out until the end of May, first of June. I have one of the 2005 shot show models and love it. The difference between the two is the magazine cut-off and the nitrate reciever. The mag cut-off will make it easier to load for singles and hadicap's. These shoot very soft and point better than most guns that I have owned. Just write down a list of questions and I'll do my best to answer them. I've been shooting mine for over a year now.

I cannot attest to the trap model but I own one of the original BPS guns (it was my first very own shotgun I got new as a kid) and have several barrels for it. The gun is fantastic and the mag cut off to use for singles is great. My boys use it for trap and love it. They smoke them with the full choke barrel.
