Long time member of Melba Gun Club & Life member of the NRA, Jerry Benson lost his battle with Alzhiemers disease yesterday Dec 20th 2012. He was diagnosed not long ago but it took him fast. Rest in Peace buddy. We will be celebrating your life this Saturday the 22nd with some rounds of beer and games as you would have wanted us to do. We will miss you! Arrangements to come later

Funeral Services are atZeyer funeral home on Midland Blvd in Nampa Saturday dec 29th at 2:00 pm, showing from 12:30 to 2:00. He will be buried at the Old Cemetery next to Givens Hot Springs in Melba Idaho. The early settlers are buried there and nobody has been in many years. This was Jerry's wish as this was his favorite area in Idaho
