If as hunters and shooters we want to expand our sport it is very easy to do. I have found that most young people from teens to 20's are very eager and willing to go shooting or hunting if invited. I have introduced several to both sports. Some continue on their own and some don't but they all enjoy it and come away with an appreciation for our sport that they didn't previously have.
I do not know where you live, but hunting is a dying sport and breed. All one needs to do is look at any states license sales. Here in the great UP this year it was hard to tell there was a hunt season.
