I was given a couple of sealed cans of HS-5 powder.
Is this worth messing with or should I use it for lawn fertilizer?

If anyone can help me out, what is LUP and what does it stand for? Is there a conversion from LUP to psi?
Lead
Units
of
Pressure.
No direct conversion but it is much like Neil Winston and timb99 shot hardness crush tester. The amount of crush on a Lead “slug” compared to another one when exposed to a high pressure pulse.
