Hello:
First of all, what is Netscape? Any one know how I remove netscape in windows 7? It doesn't show up when I look at programs installed on my computer, but another site says I have it and have to delete it before they send me information I am requesting..

Steve, Do a Google on Netscape and you can also do a Google on deleting Netscape. Although I'm not sure you want to.

Netscape is a web browser. Beware, I can think of no legitimate reason a website would require you to un-install a browser from your computer. Quite the opposite, legitimate websites go to great pains to insure they are compatible with all browsers.

Hey Steve, I do not mean to hijack your thread but being we got some
folks who are computer smart I have a question I need to ask.

The posting below is on my Google page, Yesterday it came up with

Anybody know what this means it is being used in another location.
I have done 2 virus clean ups and all seems okay.
