remove the pad, and use a 19mm socket to remove the nut on the end of the recoil tube. The stock will just come off from there, pay attention to how the washer sits inside the stock , so you can reassemble it the same when it comes time.

depending on the gun it may take a thin wall socket. I made a wide blade screw driver with a t handle that I used on some
