Divide the number of targets HIT by the number of targets THROWN. Or, go to the home page of Trapshooter.com, locate the "3S Shooting Sports Software" link in the links list, find the "Shareware" tab in the sidebar and download the program. It makes keeping track of your averages much easier.

I like to keep a running total of the targets hit on the top half of the Class block. In the Win/Tie column, in the Tie half note the number of 100's shot. You use the bottom half of the Class box to note the class you were placed in. If you tie for your class mark an T in the front of the number.

Example: first 100 with 93 hit; top of class column 93; in Tie half 1; 93/1=93 average.

2nd 100 with 95 hit; top of class column 188; in Tie half 2; 188/2=94 average.

If you shoot registered 50 target event, you add 0.5 in the Tie half number.

"I would use 6th grade math to figure out the average or percentile your looking for."

Now, to finish this statement:

"...if I knew any.
